George has worked as a sous chef in very well known catering companies like Plati, Aria and Intercatering. He has an excellent knowledge in Mediterranean cuisine, with a special mastery in Italian cuisine. His favourite obsession the last years is Indian cuisine. His speciality is live cooking station (pasta or risotto station, barbecue, hog roast etc).
He likes enriching his skills constantly. For that reason, he travels around Europe every year during the wintertime, in order to taste and have new gastronomic experiences.
George keeps a low profile, he is incredible corporative and absolutely consistent in his timings. At this point, we shouldn't forget to mention his exclusive ability of creating his own, successful recipes, made using creativity, great pleasure and love.
